Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 cup cream or yogurt
- 2tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp green chilli paste
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon’s juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 50 grams almonds, crushed (optional
- 1 tbsp butter and salt
Method
- Finely chop onion and fry in oil until light golden.
- Add ginger, garlic, and chilli paste
- Add chicken, black pepper and salt, and cook until tender.
- In a separate pan melt butter and saute almonds. Add them to the chicken.
- Add cream/yogurt and simmer for a while (do not let it boil)
- Add lemon juice and mix well
- Garnish with chopped coriander, sliced boiled eggs, and french fries.
