Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 cup cream or yogurt
  • 2tbsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon’s juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 50 grams almonds, crushed (optional
  • 1 tbsp butter and salt

Method

  1. Finely chop onion and fry in oil until light golden.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and chilli paste
  3. Add chicken, black pepper and salt, and cook until tender.
  4. In a separate pan melt butter and saute almonds. Add them to the chicken.
  5. Add cream/yogurt and simmer for a while (do not let it boil)
  6. Add lemon juice and mix well
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander, sliced boiled eggs, and french fries.
