| Chicken | 1/2 kg | |
| Garlic Cloves | 4 | chopped |
| Green Onions | 4 | finely chopped |
| Peanut/Olive Oil | 2 tbsp | |
| Tiny green or red peppers | 4 | finely chopped |
| Fresh Basil leaves | 3/4 cup | finely chopped |
| Oyster + Soya Sauce | 3 tbsp/to taste | Originally fish sauce |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Method
- Wash chicken
- Heat oil in a wok
- Stir-fry garlic and green onions until tender, couple mins
- Add pepper and cook, stirring for a while, couple mins
- Add chicken & salt, saute until cooked thoroughly, 20 mins few of which are covered
- Stir in basil and fish sauce
