Method

  1. Wash chicken
  2. Heat oil in a wok
  3. Stir-fry garlic and green onions until tender, couple mins
  4. Add pepper and cook, stirring for a while, couple mins
  5. Add chicken & salt, saute until cooked thoroughly, 20 mins few of which are covered
  6. Stir in basil and fish sauce
