Put the meat into a pan and add the salt, fresh chillies, ginger, garlic, onions, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer covered on low heat for 50 minutes (or cook in cooker).
Add the * items, cook uncovered and dry off all excess liquid on high heat.
Add tomatoes and oil and cook uncovered on medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
Reduce to low heat and keep it there until oil separates.
Add the chopped coriander and simmer, tightly covered, on low heat for ten minutes.
