Baked taters
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- chopped garlic
- olive oil
- salt
Method
- Cut thin slits into the potatoes. Stuff slits with chopped garlic and a little olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
- Cover in foil and bake at 250 degrees celsius for 45 minutes.
- Serve with yogurt dip.
Yogurt Dip
Mix together the following ingredients:
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2-3 cloves garlic, roasted and chopped
- a little oil
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- salt
- 1 lemon’s juice
