Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • chopped garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt

Method

  1. Cut thin slits into the potatoes. Stuff slits with chopped garlic and a little olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
  2. Cover in foil and bake at 250 degrees celsius for 45 minutes.
  3. Serve with yogurt dip.

Yogurt Dip

Mix together the following ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, roasted and chopped
  • a little oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • salt
  • 1 lemon’s juice
