Ingredients
- 4 half boiled potatoes, sliced
- 4 tbsp maida
- 1/2 kg milk
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- salt
- black pepper
- green onions
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 slices cheese
Method
- Heat oil and fry maida till color changes. Add milk and cook for a while. Add oregano, salt, black pepper, green onions, sliced potatoes, and cream. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish. Add cheese and grill for a few minutes.
