Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 oz (1 stick) butter
  • 1 cup walnuts, crushed coarse
  • ilaichi, ground
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • saffron

Method

  1. Blend almonds coarsely with milk.
  2. In a nonstick degchee cook all together until colour is golden brown (at least 45 minutes)
